Banana (large, ripe) 4
Lemon Juice 1
Custard 600 ml
Method
- Peel bananas, pound to a pulp and pass through sieve.
- Add strained lemon juice and mix with custard
- Freeze in the usual way.
- If desired, add 50 ml of cream.
