Ingredients:
300g dark chocolate or milk chocolate
Easter egg moulds
1 egg white
1 cup icing sugar
Method:
Preparation: 30min, Quantity: 6 - 7
- Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Just melt the chocolate do not overheat.
- Pour a thin layer of chocolate inside the egg moulds till the edges of the mould.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes or until the chocolate is firm.
- Spread another even layer of chocolate over the first layer and wait for another 5 minutes or until firm.
- Gently ease the mould away from the chocolate. Join the chocolate halves together with a little melted chocolate.
- Mix together the icing sugar and egg whites.
- Decorate the eggs as per your creativity and give to your kids.
- Kids would love to have chocolate Easter eggs.
