Home-made Easter Egg Recipe

Homemade Easter Eggs


Ingredients:

500 gms Cashewnuts (Kaju) 
500 gms powdered Sugar  
2-4 drops Almond Essence 
2 Egg Whites 
Fondant Icing
Food Coloring (optional)

Method:
  • Powder the cashewnuts finely and mix well with the powdered sugar.
  • Add almond essence and food colouring if required.
  • Add egg whites and knead into a soft dough.
  • Divide the mixture into portions and form into egg shapes.
  • Use tablespoon to give the egg shape.
  • Decorate the eggs with fondant icing.
  • Or wrap the eggs with cellophane paper and decorated it.
