Ribbon Cake Recipe

Ribbon Cake

Ingredients:

10 Eggs
2 cups Sugar
4 cups Rice Flour
2 cups Butter
4 - 5 Food Color
Vanilla Essences

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line the base of three shallow 20 cm round cake pans.
  • Mix the yolks of the eggs with the sugar and beat them.
  • Add the flour and butter gradually and mix well.
  • Once you mixed well, divide the batter into 4 to 5 parts. 
  • Add different colors to each part of the batter.
  • Add vanilla essences to each part of the batter.
  • Pour the first color batter into the cake pan.
  • Following that all the color batters one over another.
  • Bake in the oven for 32 to 36 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
