Rice - 1Kg
Plantains - 15
Coconut - 1
Ghee - 1/2 cup

Method
Soak the rice in a vessel for about 4 hours duly after cleaning and washing. Cut the banana(plantains) into pieces duly removing out its husk.
Grate the coconut and add with the pieces of banana (plantains). Grind the soaked rice along with banana and the grated coconut in a cleaned stone mortar softly adding suitable salt with little water and ghee thus prepare the wet dose flour.
Keep a flat pan over the over pour a ladleful of dose flour duly smearing little ghee on it and fry bothe the side. Sever hot with coconut chutney.
