Rava Burfi Recipe

Rava Burfi


Ingredients 

Chiroti Rava : 1/4 Kg
Ghee : 150 gms
Cardamon powder : 2 spoons
Sugar : 150 gms
Milk : 1 Cup

Method 

Roast the rava till it changes into light brown colour. Add milk, sugar, ghee and cardamon powder and mix well. When all the ingredients blend well, pour it on a ghee seared tray. When becomes cool, cut into pieces.
